Following the conclusion of the 2023 Women’s World Championship, IHF reveals the All-Star team of the competition.
Four different nations are represented on the All-Star team, which is made up of seven positions. In addition to the All-Star team, the IHF has also named the MVP, top scorer and the best young player.

Goalkeeper: Laura Glauser (France)
Right wing: Nathalie Hagman (Sweden)
Right back: Louise Burgaard (Denmark)
Centre back: Stine Bredal Oftedal (Norway)
Left back: Estelle Nze Minko (France)
Left wing: Chloe Valentini (France)
Line player: Linn Blohm (Sweden)
MVP: Henny Reistad (Norway)
Top scorer: Marketa Jerabkova (Czechia), 63 goals.
Best young player: Viola Leuchter (Germany)
