Ilja Brozovic is set to leave Hannover-Burgdorf. But now the club has found his replacement in Thomas Solstad, who will join on a two-year deal from Bjerringbro-Silkeborg during the summer.
Earlier this week Hannover-Burgdorf confirmed that the pivot Ilja Brozovic will leave the club after this season. But now, a couple of days later, they have presented their pivot of the future.
In an pressrelease Hannover confirms that Thomas Solstad will join on a two-year deal from Bjerringbro-Silkeborg during the summer.
– Ever since I was a kid I have wanted to play handball in the best league, so this is a dream coming true for me. I am really looking forward forward to this adventure in Bundesliga, Solstad says in the pressrelease.
Before joining Bjerringbro-Silkeborg back in 2022 Solstad has also represented Elverum between 2019 and 2022. He has also been capped by the Norwegian national team.
