Six teams has already secured their place for Paris 2024. But now, IHF has confirmed how the qualification – where the final six spots will be decided – will be played.
The first qualification group will be played in Debrecen in Hungary and will include hosts Hungary, Sweden, Japan and Cameroon.
In the second group Spain was the only nation that applied to host the games and therefore therefore Netherlands, Czechia and Argentina will be heading to Torrevieja to fight about the spots in the olympics.
The third and final group will be taking place in Neu-Ulm and includes hosts Germany, Montenegro, Slovenia and Paraguay.
The qualifiers will take place between 11 and 14 April 2024 and the top two teams in the three qualifying groups will join Denmark, France, Norway, Republic of Korea, Brazil and Angola in Paris during the summer.
