European League Women Quarter-Finals confirmed as group phase closes

The 2025/26 EHF European League Women has now officially moved into the knockout phase as eight teams have sealed their places in the quarter-finals. After weeks of intense group action, the picture is set: quarter-final match-ups are locked in and the road to the Finals weekend is getting real.

In Group A, reigning champions Thüringer HC secured one of the top two places to book their spot in the last eight, while Motherson Mosonmagyaróvári KC also progressed after delivering strong results throughout the campaign.

Group B saw both MOL Esztergom and Nykøbing Falster Håndbold finish in the top two and join the knockout ranks with consistency and resilience.

Across the board in Group C, CS Rapid Bucuresti clinched one of the available quarter-final spots, and HC Lokomotiva Zagreb fought hard to advance as well, setting up an intriguing tie in the next phase.

Lastly, Viborg HK and JDA Bourgogne Dijon Handball emerged from Group D as quarter-final qualifiers after strong second halves of their group campaigns.

Quarter-finals line-up & schedule

The quarter-finals will be played over two legs, with first matches taking place 21-22 March 2026 and return legs 28-29 March 2026. Winners over the two legs will move on to the prestigious Final Four, scheduled for 16-17 May 2026.
