Malin Aune brings several years of international experience back to the Norwegian league. For three seasons to come the rapid wing player will strengthen Storhamar HB.
Storhamar´s latest signing arrives from Odense HB next summer. By then, Aune will have completed four seasons abroad with successful stints both in CSM Bucharest and her current club.
– I have had a wish to continue to play handball at a high level combined with being closer to the family. It seems like Storhamar is a very ambitious, professional and stable club, something which makes It very attractive to me, the right wing says to the club webpage.
Aune clinched the CL title already in 2021 with Vipers Kristiansand and has four gold medals competing in the Norwegian jersey.
– First and foremost it is great to bring in a player who has played in major clubs. It will certainly produce a good effect in many areas. The dialogue with Malin has been going on for quite a while, we were very aware that she wanted to move back to Norway soon, says Storhamar coach Kenneth Gabrielsen to the club webpage.
