Anna Kristensen is not only one of the world’s best goalkeepers – the 25-year-old has also been one of Team Esbjerg’s most important players in recent years. But now the goalkeeper may be lost for the Danish top club.
It is credible rygtebors reporting that the 25-year-old is being linked with FTC for next season. The Hungarian giant already features Danish national team coach Jesper Jensen and Kristensen’s national teammate Mette Tranborg.
If the move goes through, it would be a tough blow for an Esbjerg side that has already struggled in the Champions League this season, despite Kristensen’s outstanding performances.
Kristensen is under contract with FTC until 2026.
