Kolstad Handball proudly shared the news that Sander Sagosen, one of the key players of their team, has extended his contract with the club until the summer of 2027. The agreement, spanning three seasons, marks a significant milestone in Kolstad’s ongoing commitment to building a formidable handball force.
Sagosen expressed his excitement about the contract extension, emphasizing his pride in contributing to the team’s ongoing project. The decision to stay was not a challenging one for Sagosen, who highlighted the enjoyable and rewarding experiences of the past season.
– We have agreed on a contract that goes over three seasons, and I look forward to it. I am proud that we are able to achieve this, able to build this project further. With what happened this summer, the club had to make some adjustments, and we as players had to adapt to a slightly different situation. Then we had a fantastic autumn, which was fun to be a part of. We played good handball, and I enjoyed working with the group, he says to the club’s website and continues:
– For my part, I felt that I performed well, and it was enjoyable to play in both the Champions League and the REMA 1000 league. So there hasn’t been much doubt for me – the task has been to get the logistics right and show that this project is sustainable, and we will continue to build year by year. It looks good the way things are now. And it is necessary that we continue to work hard to make it happen.
