Elverum strengthens its squad with two more new signings: Kevin Gulliksen returns to the club after a successful career in Germany, and the young talent Mikkel Solheim joins from Follo Handball.
After leaving Elverum in 2018 for the German Bundesliga, Kevin Gulliksen is now returning to his former club. Gulliksen, who was previously a fan favorite, has signed a three-year contract running until 2028 and will once again wear the Elverum jersey.
Elverum has also secured one of Norway’s most promising young players. Mikkel Solheim has impressed on the handball scene despite his young age. He had an outstanding performance in the U20 European Championship, where he scored 50 goals for the national team. Last year, he signed a contract with Follo, but Elverum has now chosen to buy him out of the contract and has secured a three-year contract with the young talent.
