Barça’s superstar Dika Mem has been forced to leave the French national team camp due to an ankle sprain sustained in training, according to a medical statement.
Mem’s withdrawal is a significant blow to France’s preparations and to Barça, as the versatile right back is a key player in both squads.
The timing is particularly unfortunate, as the French side had counted on his firepower heading into upcoming fixtures. Recovery status and return timeline are yet to be confirmed, even though Barça is saying 10–15 days.
