For almost ten years, Dani and Alex Dujshebaev have been a key part of Kielce’s winning machine. But now it looks like that era is coming to an end, with reports suggesting both brothers could be on the move this summer.
With father Talant as head coach and both brothers playing key roles, the Dujshebaev family has been the heart and soul of the Kielce team that has dominated Polish handball in recent years.
Together they have won multiple domestic titles while also challenging for the Champions League, coming agonisingly close in the 2023 final with a one-goal loss to Magdeburg. But now it appears the Dujshebaev era in Kielce may be nearing its end.
Various reports, including Hen Livgot, suggest that both brothers are looking for a club switch in the summer.
Alex Dujshebaev has been heavily linked with a move to Gummersbach and has even commented on the rumours himself:
– Of course Germany is a beautiful country with a beautiful league, and I think all players are certainly interested in playing there.
As for Dani, reports place him with a move to MT Melsungen.
Two big stories to follow that could get wrapped up after the Euros has ended.
