Simen Lyse was already going to Paris Saint-Germain on a contract starting in the summer. But the back court player might join his new club earlier than that. Several Norwegian media report that the transfer could take place right after Euro 2026.
In October 2025, Lyse was presented by PSG on a three year-deal. Since then, the situation in his current club Kolstad HB has worsened with economic issues and pay cuts.
Both TV2 and Adresseavisen write that the capital club has expressed interest for an immediate move, according to the articles Lyse and all other parties has agreed to make the change once the championship month has passed.
Since presenting a venture focused on domestig titles and international, presence has lost several key players, in addition to Lyse Janus Smarason, Magnus Abelvik Rød, Gabriel Setterblom and Sander Sagosen has chosen other clubs to continue their careers.
