Gasper Marguc is one of the longest serving Veszprém players. Now he has extended his contract until 2026 – which means that he will have played in the club for twelve years.
Earlier this week Telekom Veszprém confirmed the contract extension of Bjarki Már Elisson and now they have presented the next extension.
This time it is Gasper Marguc, that has extended his contract for another two years, and will stay at the club until, at least, 2026.
The Slovenian right winger joined the club from Celje back in 2014. During his spell in Hungary he has won five league titles and went to the Champions League final three times – but he is yet to win the tournament.
During this season Marguc has scored 82 goals in 23 games and he will be part of the Slovenian squad for the EHF Euro 2024 in Germany.
