Michael Damgaard joined Magdeburg from the Danish side TTH Holstebro back in 2015. Since then he has been known as a sharpshooting left back for the Bundesliga-defenses.
Now it has been confirmed that it will stay that way, as Damgaard has extended his stay in Magdeburg until the summer of 2025, something that means that the dane will have played in the team for ten years.
“I am very happy that after long negotiations we have now been able to sign a contract extension until 2025. I am very happy to be able to continue playing for SC Magdeburg, because Magdeburg is my home. Damgaard has been named in Nikolaj Jacobsen’s Danish squad for the upcoming EHF Euros in Germany,
