Leo Prantner en route to Füchse Berlin?

Leo Prantner added fast breaks to Italys repertoire and converted plenty of penalties during the World Cup. The 23-year-old has received a lot of attention, including the eye of star clubs. Sport Bild reports that Prantner might move to Füchse Berlin in the summer.

Before the championship, Prantner performed for HBW Balingen-Weilstetten in 2. Bundesliga. Or rather, recovered after a knee injury last spring.

His comeback game coincided with Italy’s return to the major scene and Prantner was keen to run with ten goals.

Leaving the World Cup with 37 goals in six matches, the wing player might have major things in store. According to Sport Bild, Prantner will replace Tobias Reichmann in the squad of the capital team.

– I’m not commenting on that yet, says Füchse Berlin’s ceo Bob Hanning in a short comment to the newspaper.
