Croatia get fixed place in Champions League

Croatia moves up in the ranking and achieves a fixed place for the top club team in the Women’s Champions League next season. EHF has published the full overview of the European cup setup.

The past three seasons, in this case 2022/23 to 2024/25 set the stage for the federations and respective teams entering the three different cups. In Champions League the best nine federations in the ranking get a fixed place – that is Hungary, Denmark, France, Norway, Romania, Germany, Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro.

European League distributes all from one to four places with Denmark and Germany receiving top spots.

The places in European Cup are distributed with the other competitions taken into account. As such – Faroe Islands, Bosnia Herzegovina, Belgium, Malta, Lithuania and Bulgaria can enter up to four teams in the women’s edition of the cup next season.
