PLAY: Skjern secure first home win of the season

Skjern Håndbold secured their first home win of the season, beating Mors-Thy Håndbold 35–32 in a high-scoring clash at Skjern Bank Arena.

The game was closely contested throughout, with the teams going into half-time level at 17–17. Mors-Thy continued to put up a strong fight after the break, but Skjern managed to take control in the final stages and secure the two points.

Axel Månsson played a key role in the victory, putting in an outstanding performance with six goals and an impressive 12 assists.

The victory puts Skjern in fourth place after three rounds. They now face another major challenge on Saturday, when defending champions Aalborg Håndbold visit Skjern Bank Arena. For Mors-Thy, it was their second defeat of the season. Anton Houe led the scoring with eight goals, while Oliver Wosniak and Sebastian Barthold added seven each.
