Confirmed: Seeding for the Asian Championship

The 20th edition of the Asian Women’s Championship is scheduled for the beginning of December in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Ten countries will participate and await the upcoming draw.

Title holder South Korea has won six times in a row, though it took extra time to decide the final on home ground 2022. Along with the host nation, South Korea is found in pot 1 of the seeding, as announced by Asian Handball Federation.

Two groups of five teams will be drawn and the group stage leads to the knockout games with semifinal and medal action.
