The Giant duel in Poland, Industria Kielce against Wisla Plock provided as always true feelings and a tight standing. Kielce gained the two points and more importantly put an end to Wisla Plock´s year long winning streak.
The pressure was on Kielce to keep up with Wisla Plock in the top of the table. The team of Szymon Sicko did just that, reaching the same point (60) and taking over the lead in Superliga.
The left back was a solid force for Kielce in companionship with back court colleague Dylan Nahi who took the the home team to a vital two-goal-lead in the final minutes. Wisla had a good period when Marcel Jastrzebski entered between the posts in the second half and provided energy with some quick saves.
However, Wisla could never take advantage of any lead. A few mistakes in the end were costly and Kielce could cheer after the broken barrier.
Wisla Plock had five straight wins before the Sunday game, Kielce bounced back with much needed two points to make the title race even more close.
