Arnoldsen joins Danish squad before Norway clash

Already qualified for the semi-finals, the Danish squad has now become even stronger. Nikolaj Jakobsen has decided to call up Thomas Arnoldsen, who will join the team ahead of tonight’s game against Norway.

After their shock loss to Portugal in the group stage, it has been total domination from Denmark. The winning machine has swept aside France, Spain and Germany in the main round to secure a place in the semi-finals.

A win tonight against already eliminated Norway will put Denmark top of the group, as they remain the clear-cut favourites to win the tournament. Despite their incredible form, the Danish squad might just have become even stronger.

Ahead of the Norway clash Thomas Arnoldsen will join the squad. The Aalborg playmaker has been out with a broken tibia but was included in the preliminary squad in hopes of an early recovery.

That hope has now paid off, with Arnoldsen ready to strengthen an already high-flying Danish team.
