Big question mark in polish squad for final preparations ahead of Euros

Arkadiusz Moryto is one of the premiere right wingers in the world. But when Poland presented the squad for the final preparations ahed of the Euros, the Kielce player were named as a reserve – because of a shoulder injury.

Poland will be a part of a tough group during the preliminary round of the EHF Euro 2024. Marcin Lijewski’s team will face Slovenia, Norway and Faroe Islands – but when Lijewski presented the squad for the final preparations, he had to name one of the biggest stars as a reserve.

The reason is that the right winger Arkadiusz Moryto still isn’t fully fit from his shoulder injury, that has been a question mark before the tournament. As mentioned, Moryto is named as a reserve and can become a part of the squad during the tournament.

Among the players that is included in the squad there is plenty of names coming from the big powerhouses, Wisla Plock and Kielce.
