HBC Nantes has been hard hit on the playmaker position. The latest injury affected Aymeric Minne, Ouest France writes about a recovery period of six to eight weeks with knee issues.
With Ron Ovnicek out since pre-World Championship and a devastating report concerning Lucas de la Breteche, who ruptured the cruciate ligament in his right knee, things were already bad for the CL contender.
During Starligue action against Chartres, it was Minne´s turn to experience pain forcing him to abandon the game. Further examination, according to Ouest France revealed a rupture of the lateral ligament of the left knee and Minne could be facing up to two months out of play.
Meanwhile, Nantes is entering a crucial stage of the season, with a deciding international game mid-week and the duel against Paris Saint-Germain this weekend.
