Team captain Timo Kastening has agreed to sign a new contract with MT Melsungen. The new deal is valid until 2029.
The right winger arrived from Hannover in 2020 and has since been a consistent goalscorer for the club. In 2023, Kastening was named the team’s captain. Now, the German international has extended his contract with Melsungen until 2029.
Kastening has been one of the best right wingers in both the Bundesliga and the German national team. He has 74 international caps, scoring over 200 goals for Germany.
