This is because Claar’s teammate Magnus Saugstrup has taken home the award for the month of December – in great style, too.
Saugstrup, which is preparing for the upcoming Euros, took home a whopping 72.9 percent of the votes, ahead of runner-up Niclas Ekberg, who landed on 9.7 percent.
The other nominated players for the award were Mathias Gidsel, Benjamin Buric, Lasse Andersson, Dominik Mappes and Marcel Schiller.
