Play: Berlin closing in on the top

Füchse Berlin got a big win as they defeated Kiel 32–29. As usual, Gidsel was firing on all cylinders as Berlin closed the gap to the top of the table.

Gidsel was, as usual, outstanding offensively, scoring eight goals. But the Danish star received plenty of help from Freihofer, who scored an incredible ten goals for Berlin as they beat Kiel 32–29.

The victory moves Berlin up to third place in the table, overtaking Kiel on goal difference. Berlin still sit three points behind top-placed Magdeburg, who defeated Flensburg in an early season finale.
