Ludvig Hallback in super shape for Frisch Auf Goppingen

Out of the two Friday winners, Frisch Auf Göppingen was certainly the most relieved having secured the first two-pointer of the season. VfL Gummersbach ruled over ThSV Eisenach to prolong the unbeaten streak to nearly a month.

Ludvig Hallback recently started his Bundesliga career and it’s all awards and upwards so far for the back court player. Hallback produced seven goals and eight assists in Goppingen´s triumph over SG BBM Bietigheim which takes the playmaker to top 15 of the overall scorer list of the season. Goppingen cut Bietigheim off, with help from Hallback and Victor Klove mid-second half.

No nerves appeared in the end, as Goppingen doubled the points in the lower region of the table.

Gummersbach had a hard time against Eisenach, especially taking into account that Marko Grgic scored eleven times.

But the end result, 34–32 made the game seem a bit more tight than the actual match development, with five goals more and four minutes to go Gummersbach could afford to reduce the pace slightly towards the very end. Ole Pregelr became Gummersbach´s top scorer with seven goals.
