Leo Prantner signs longterm contract with Füchse Berlin

The rumours started buzzing around the time when Leo Partner made a breakthrough in the World Cup. The talented Italian soon joined Füchse Berlin and has quickly adapted in the top team. Berlin’s next move secures the right wing until 2029.

Prantner enjoyed an impressive beginning of the year journey. Almost directly after recovering from a serious knee injury, the 23-year-old became a force to be reckoned with on Italy’s enthousiastic WC ride. 

Füchse Berlin found room for the wing player and Partner has scored 14 times in 13 games so far. With position colleague Hakun West av Teigum there will be more time for improvement, Partner will now stay for four more seasons.

– Even though I’ve only been in Berlin for a short time, I felt at home from day one, and therefore I didn’t have to think long about extending my contract. We have a strong team here, a very good environment, and ambitious goals. I’m proud to remain part of this team until at least 2029, he says to the club webpage.

Berlin´s managing director also sees potential for Prantner´s development while playing in the jersey of the foxes.

– Leo has already shown in the first few weeks he’s been with us that he can be an activating factor for our team.
