Füchse Berlin early leader in Bundesliga

So far, four teams remain unbeaten early in the 25/26 Bundesliga season. SC Magdeburg had the smooth ride of the quartet in the Wednesday round, but Füchse Berlin has the first position.

Magdeburg established a distance versus THSV Eisenach already in the first half. Omar Ingi Magnusson repeated the role of top scorer and the seven goal lead allowed the home team an away win in the second half without any stress.

The big city derby in the north saw TSV Hannover-Burgdorf defeat HSV Hamburg by way of a solid finish. Hamburg managed a response on Hannover’s first attempt to pull away after the break. Leif Tissier and Daniel Weber stood behind the 6–3-period towards the end that finally clinched the victory.

Strong goalkeeper stats from David Späth moved Rhein-Neckar Löwen towards two points against GWD Minden. Dejan Milosavljev in Füchse Berlin also reached above 40 percent saves and the strong attacks from Leo Partner (nine goals) and Mathias Gidsel (seven plus five) had the capital team in front for most of the second half.

Having played 45 minutes, Kiel could sense the win over HSG Wetzlar with many close range goals that made the difference from Emil Wernsdorf Madsen and Lukas Zerbe first and foremost.
