It’s now official. The rumors have been circulating for a while, but SC Magdeburg has now confirmed that Sebastian Barthold has joined the club.

Now, it’s confirmed.
– Sebastian will help us with his experience and quality, and together with Lukas Mertens, he will form our winger duo at the start of the season. This way, we can give Matze the time he needs to fully recover from his injury. That’s why we decided to sign Sebastian, said head coach Bennet Wiegert.
Barthold has played 104 international matches for Norway.
