Bundesliga: Hannover in close call against Flensburg

With a win in all but one of the games so far, TSCV Hannover-Burgdorf has established a stronghold in second spot. SC Magdeburg seems strong in October and defeated SC Leipzig with ease, 35–29.

Justus Fischer´s last minute-goal decided the outcome in a dramatic finish. Except for the match winner, Hannover proved strong from the right side with power shots from Renars Uscins and successful wing attempts from Marius Steinhauser. Up to a point, Felsnburg could be content with pats of the game and Emil Jakobsen didn’t disappoint in the rapid attacks.

Magdeburg cut loose from Leipzig already in the first half and Philip Weber performed at his best with ten goals. The vice-champion found their way to three wins in a row and shadows the top duo with one game in hand.

The same line of results puts TBV Lemgo Lippe in seventh place. A late push in the first half left TBV Stuttgart four goals behind and the home team increased the effort after the break without allowing a comeback for point chasing Stuttgart.
