Steven Plucnar leaves a gap in the defense lineup for Rhein-Neckar Löwen with an announced departure next summer. However, the team has already found a newcomer on the same position, Aaron Seesing from Bergischer HC.
Seesing brings a promising way of playing as a pivot and the potential for developing further both in attack and closer to the own goal.
– I am thrilled about this next step in my career. Rhein-Neckar Löwen are an absolutely top club – with a clear concept, a professional environment, and great sporting prospects, he said to the club webpage.
The first statement in the player switch allow Plucnar one season to say goodbye to the members of the team and fans. Seesing just finished a great season, including a debut for the national team.
– I see incredible potential in Aron. He has the physique needed as a modern pivot. We have many opportunities to develop him within our system so that he will be an important player for us in attack and defense, said the RNL coach Maik Machulla to the club webpage.
