The well-renowned playmaker Stas Skube won’t be seen on the court for some time. A cruciate ligament in the right knee of the 34-year-old was torn off during training with Montpellier HB, according to Handnews.
The Slovene Skube was just about to start the regular season with his club team. After the crucial injury it remains to be season if the back court ace can perform at all during 2024/25.
For Montpellier the question of a possible medical joker comes into play, since Skube has to face several months of rehabilitation.
