RUMOR: Emil Mellegård on his way to PSG

Emil Mellegård is in his first season with HØJ Elite in the Danish second division, but he will leave the club after the season. According to rygtebors, the French powerhouse PSG has bought him out of his contract.

Mellegård joined HØJ from HSG Wetzlar before this season and has impressed with his performances. However, this will be the left winger’s first and last season with HØJ.

– It wasn’t an easy decision for me to make, as I feel incredibly good here at HØJ and really want to be part of this journey the whole club is on. But I have been given the opportunity to join a club that I have dreamed of since I was a child, and therefore I will leave HØJ Elite after this season. However, I can assure everyone that I will give my all for the club and those around me until my last day at HØJ Elite, says Mellegård via the club’s website.

HØJ has announced that Emil Mellegård will be sold to a major Champions League club this summer. The left winger is said to be heading to PSG, at least according to rygtebors.
