Oriane Ondono move within France but sets her sight for better chances in the title race next season. Brest Bretagne HB has agreed a three-year-contract with the pivot who play for Neptunes de Nantes at the moment.
Just a month after participating in the World Cup for the gold winning team, Ondo has established her club until 2027.
– I am very happy to join Brest Bretagne handball next season, I can’t wait to meet you all and play in this great atmosphere at the Brest Arena, see you soon, she says to the club website.
Ondo played two games for France in December. One of her teammates coincidently on the same position, Pauletta Foppa will welcome the newcomer to the BBH environment.
– We are very happy to have been able to convince Oriane, who just recently won a gold medal at the World Championships, to join our project for the next three seasons. We repeat, our desire is to bring together as many high-level French players as possible under our jersey and with Oriane, this contingent is growing significantly, says Sports Manager Nicolas Roué to the club webpage.
Ondo will fulfill her third season in Nantes, she arrived in 2021 from Fleury Loiret.
