Argentinian head coach signs contract extension with RK Vardar

RK Vardar has decided to extend head coach Guillermo Milano’s contract for the upcoming season. The Argentinian and the Macedonian club have reached an agreement with the aim of bringing more success to the team.

Milano joined RK Vardar in November 2024. Since then, the team has won 18 out of 21 games, losing only once. Yesterday, Milano secured his first title with the club by beating RK Eurofarm Pelister 31–27 in the national cup final. In the league, the club is just two games away from defending its title. This successful season has earned Milano the opportunity to continue his work with RK Vardar next season.

Milano has over 20 years of coaching experience at both club and international levels. He served as the national coach of Argentina for over 15 years, participating in more than 50 international tournaments, including four Olympic Games.
