Viborg HK secures future with Louise Søndergaard: 3-year contract extension

This summer, Viborg HK signed Louise Søndergaard from Bjerringbro. Thanks to more than 70 partners who contributed to securing the financing, the club has been able to extend the contract for the next three seasons.

Louise Søndergaard joined Viborg this summer. The 24-year-old has since scored many goals in the league. It is now clear that, thanks to the club’s partners, the contract can be extended for the next three seasons.

– I have been very pleased with my first six months in Viborg HK, and it was therefore not difficult to extend the contract when the club approached me. In terms of playing, I have been quite satisfied with my performance so far, and hopefully I can continue to develop here in Viborg. I think we have a good and exciting team, and I look forward to being part of it for the next 3 seasons, says Louise Søndergaard to the club’s website.

– I have followed Louise for several seasons in the 1st Division, and especially, I was confident that her offensive skills could also make her a prominent league profile. She has not disappointed in any way, and therefore, I am very happy that we will be working together in the coming seasons,” says head coach Ole Bitsch on the club’s website.
