Laura Jensen with highest MEP in Danish league

The WC break is a good opportunity for several leagues to sum up the statistics from the first part of the season. In the Danish league, a ”team of the autumn” has been selected, with Laura Jensen from Bjerringbro fH number one in the rankings.

MEP, that measures efficiency is used to name one player from each position to the all star team.

Despite the huge numbers of foreign stars in ´Kvindeligaen´ only Tabea Schmid in Team Esbjerg was able to break the domestic dominance with high pivot percentage.

Together with Julie Scaglione, the left back in Ikast HB Schmid is the only player with national team duties in November and December.

Jensen who gathered 37,19 MEP points takes a match break after 61 goals and 28 assists for Bjerringbro in nine games.

With much assistance from the playmaker Bjerringbro finished the autumn program with an important win and has earned a qualification position (twelfth) so far among the 14 teams involved.
