Kevin Møller back in GOG

GOG completes a transfer coup when the danish national goalkeeper Kevin Møller arrives next summer. Møller leaves SG Flensburg-Handewitt one year in advance and opts for a four-year-deal with the home country club.

Botu clubs confirm the move and Møller brings title experience from Bundesliga and DHB-pokal in his return to GOG.

The yellow and red team was as it happens the stepping stone (2011 to 2014) for the 36-year-old before his professional years abroad in Flensburg and Barcelona.

– I am very much looking forward to returning home to GOG after fantastic years abroad. A lot has happened since I left the club, both for me personally and for GOG. The club has since shown that they belong at the top of the Danish league, and internationally they have also delivered great results, he says to the club webpage.

From the club perspective, signing Møller should be a real statement.

– In Kevin, we are simply getting one of the world’s best goalkeepers, who will certainly contribute in many areas to our squad and has most recently delivered at a very high level in SG Flensburg-Handewitt, says the sport director Mikkel Voigt says to the club website.
