Buster Juul remains loyal to Aalborg

Buster Juul came to Aalborg in 2013 and has played the second-highest number of matches in the club’s history. It is now clear that the 30-year-old remains loyal to the club and has signed a two-year contract.

Buster Juul originally joined Aalborg from his childhood club, Skanderborg Håndbold, and has since played 412 matches in the red jersey. In the club, the 30-year-old has won four Danish championships, two cup titles, and participated in an EHF Champions League final. It is now confirmed that the winger has signed a two-year contract, keeping him at the club until 2026.

– I am still incredibly happy to be a part of Aalborg Håndbold, where I must say that more has happened during my time in the club than I ever dared to dream about. It’s fantastic to, as a player, be so privileged to grow together with the club, where I always feel that I have developed and been part of the big stage year after year, says Buster Juul to the club’s website and continues:

– With the current squad in mind, I am convinced that within the coming seasons, we can achieve our ultimate goal, to win the Champions League, and it is, of course, a project I would love to be a part of.
