U21 WC: Óli Mittún named most valuable player

IHF announces the All-Star Team for the 2025 Junior World Championship. Top scorer Óli Mittún, who led his team to a historic bronze medal, was named the MVP of the tournament.

Five different countries were represented in the All-Star Team. Gold medalist Denmark had two players in the team: right wing Magnus Storgaard Pedersen and right back Nikolaj Larsson.

Sweden also had two players named to the All-Star Team. Left wing Noah Martinsson and the tournament’s second-highest scorer, Axel Månsson, were both selected. The other countries represented were Egypt, Portugal, and the Faroe Islands.
