Inger Smits is on the move. During the Sunday CSM Bucharest confirmed that the Dutch international will move to the Romanian capital during the summer.
Earlier in December, Inger Smits was a part of the dutch squad at the World Cup. But despite some impressive efforts, Smits and her teammates were beaten by Norway in the quarter-finals – but Smits has a new reason to celebrate now.
During the Sunday, CSM Bucharest confirmed that they are signing Smits from Bietigheim during the summer. This on a contract that will be valid until the summer of 2026.
“I can’t wait to play in the great atmosphere in Bucharest”, she said on the club’s social media plattforms.
