Simon Jeppsson has been rumored to move to both Denmark and Norway. Today, the Swede was presented by the Norwegian giant Kolstad. The 29-year-old has signed a two-year contract.
– In the past three to four years, I haven’t won much. Now I look forward to playing in the Champions League and winning titles with Kolstad, said Jeppsson on the club’s website.
Jeppsson left Flensburg for HC Erlangen in 2020. There, he scored a lot of goals, but the tall left back never came close to any titles – instead, he had to fight around the relegation zone.
Now Jeppsson has signed a two-year contract with Kolstad, who have won both the domestic league and cup for two consecutive years.
I got a good impression from what was presented to me, and my first impression of Trondheim was also positive – even if it was only based on a four-hour visit, said Jeppsson.
