Nothing seems to stop the top duo in Starligue. HBC Nantes secured their tenth win of the season with nine goal margin to Pauc and Paris Saint-Germain made it eleven victories in eleven games with 37-31 away to Chamberry Savoie.
PSG dropped five and six points respectively to lift the domestic trophy the last two years. Now the capital might repeat the perfect season of 2021/22 when 30 straight two-pointers led to a complete success.
Obviously, there is a long way to go but the dedication and the ability top push for 60 minutes separate PSG for most of its contenders. Chambery Savoie had a chance half-way but the second half created an undisputed win for PSG. Ferran Solé made twelve goals to pass the 800 goal mark in Starligue and the right wing didn’t miss a shot at all Sunday night.
Nantes ran away from Pauc after the break and the stars were easily spotted n the attack of the home team. Valero Rivera (nine goals) and Aymeric Minne (seven) pushed Nantes to increase the lead and to fortify HBC´s role as first challenger.
There is four rounds remaining until the January break, Nantes face PSG in the 14th round scheduled for December 15.
