SCM Ramnicu Valcera presents a contract with a French national player. Alicia Toublanc brings Champions League experience for the Romanian club until 2026.
Toublanc recently announced her departure after nine seasons in Brest Bretagne. The 28-year-old pursues her career abroad with Valcea, currently fifth in Liga Nationala.
– I’m very happy that I signed with Ramnicu Valcea. I’m looking forward to I meet my new colleagues, the technical staff and my colleagues from the club, she says in social media.
Toublanc is currently out of play because of an injury during training in the blue jersey. Her debut in Valcea is preceded by a chance to win the French league with BBH and the Olympic Games on home ground this summer.
Valcea can also offer international action, with a spot in European League next season.
